En Papantla circula un billete que ningún banco emitió. Lleva trece años funcionando, la fiscalía ya lo investigó y no halló delito, y hoy siete regiones imprimen el suyo. In Papantla a banknote circulates that no bank issued. It has worked for thirteen years, the prosecutor's office investigated it and found no crime, and today seven regions print their own.

The film argues that value is decided by a community, not a market. So this is how it is funded: 1 peso, 1 dollar, 1 ETH, 1 BTC. Each one counts as ONE. Nobody supports more by having more.
